Yes we do! Sign up with at least 2 other neighbors and you will both receive an additional 10% group discount. This applies to all of our services.
Prior to the season beginning customers are emailed their regular service day. This day can fluctuate throughout the season due to weather, amount of growth, etc. If your property is not serviced on your regular day, a crew will be by the following day for the service.
In the event of a weather delay, your service will be completed as soon as the conditions allow. This is normally the following day.
Yes, our mowing services all include mowing, trimming, and blowing off of debris from paved surfaces. Mowing services are performed on a weekly schedule, as needed.
Our lawn technicians are trained to skip the mowing portion of your service when it would be harmful to your lawn, this has already been factored into our mowing rates.
Response times for snow events will fluctuate with the amount of snow we received. Our snow removal service operates 24/7. We aim to have properties cleared as quickly & safely as possible.
Our residential crews are dispatched when the NWS reported snowfall total for our service area is at least 1 inch. Customers receive an email when our snowfall trigger is reached.
